Diagnosis without a callout

We look at what you describe. If we need to see it, we ask for a photo or a short video on WhatsApp, without anyone having to travel out yet.

In most cases, a single photo is enough for us to know what is needed, how long it will take, and whether we need to bring specific materials. If the problem really does need an on-site diagnostic visit before we quote, we tell you up front.

We send you the quote in writing before anyone touches anything. The breakdown is clear: labour, materials if we handle them, and estimated time on site.

If you already have the material, you only see labour. If we handle materials, every part appears with its own line and price. No hidden callout fees, no "it depends what we find when we open it up". You approve and we book it. If you decide not to go ahead, you pay nothing.
