Emergency service
Available 7 days a week. Night service (8pm–8am) and public holidays carry a surcharge that we always quote before confirming. No surprises.
Pricing questions
Does the quote cost anything?
Never. The quote is always free and with no commitment. If you do not accept it, you pay nothing.
Can I buy the material myself and have you only install it?
Yes, this is a common arrangement. You tell us what material you have, we confirm it is right for the job, and we quote labour only.
How do I know the price will not change during the work?
The quote is fixed. If something unexpected during the work changes the scope, we stop and tell you before we keep going. We never push on without your approval.
Is there a minimum charge?
There is a one-hour minimum. For very small jobs that take less than that, we let you know in the quote.
How do I pay?
Cash or bank transfer when the work is finished. For larger jobs we can agree a partial deposit upfront.
How much will your repair cost?
The only way to know is to ask. It is free.
