After thousands of visits, we see the same problems recur in 80s, 90s and 2000s blocks dominating the area. Listing them helps you identify pending tasks and group them into one visit instead of three calls.

First, small holes in walls left by old drill bits or anchors that have come out. Filled with specific compound, sanded and repainted to match. Building work involves several trades coordinated (builder, plumber, electrician, tiler, painter), permits in some cases, days or weeks, and normally a higher cost.

The dividing line is reasonably clear. If the job doesn’t mean breaking into hidden services, doesn’t need wall openings beyond a few centimetres, doesn’t need a boletín or licence, and a single tradesman with standard tools resolves it, it’s a small repair. Anything else is building work and we hand off to a specialist team.
